Technical Product Owner at Frank Management Consult Ltd

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a product roadmap aligned with business goals; from ideation to deployment, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our marketplace users.
• Collaborate closely with product management to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and lead a high-performance product & engineering team.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous iteration.
• Use data-driven decision-making to prioritize features and improve user experience.
• Ensure lean development practices, focusing on fast iterations and MVP testing.
• Drive technical strategy and infrastructure to support scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align product features with market needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure the successful integration of technology and business strategies.
• Foster partnerships with external educational institutions, content providers, and other stakeholders
• Stay ahead of EdTech, Saas trends and competitor analysis to maintain an innovative edge.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  7+ years of experience as a product leader in a high-growth startup, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or a related industry.
  Demonstrated traction, such as:
  • Developed and launched X product feature, leading to Y% increase in user engagement/conversion.
  • Led a team of X+ engineers, shipping Y releases per month.
  • Scaled infrastructure to support X number of users with minimal downtime.
• Strong knowledge of lean startup methodology, agile development, and rapid prototyping.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, full-stack development, and AI/ML based solutions is a plus.
