    Technical Support Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Organize and deliver product and solution training sessions to customers.
    • Perform testing and commissioning activities to ensure system functionality aligns with project specifications and equipment performance standards.
    • Understand customer requirements, capture needs, and design tailored solutions.
    • Develop product promotion strategies and recommend optimizations to enhance product functionality.
    • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and diagnose and repair system faults.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Communication, or IT.
    • Experience: Minimum 1 year in CCTV, security, or networking industries, Proficiency with switches, routers, or access point products is an advantage.

    Skills:

    • Strong written and spoken English skills.
    • Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities; training experience is preferred.
    • Effective communication and the ability to work well under pressure.
