Telesales Officer at Keep IT Cool

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert leads generated through the company’s digital advertising campaigns into paying customers.
• Make outbound calls, engage prospective customers, and promote Keep It Cool’s products and services.
• Follow up on leads, close sales, and encourage repeat purchases.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Record customer interactions, orders, and sales performance accurately.
• Coordinate with the Marketing, Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of proven experience in telesales, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented.
• Strong record-keeping and reporting abilities.
