    Telesales Representative

    About the Client:

    • Our client, a reputable Construction company, is actively seeking a skilled Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for the company by closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Identify and acquire new clients, expanding the sales pipeline through referrals from current clientele.
    • Contacting potential clients via phone to generate leads.
    • Presenting products/services to customers.
    • Understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
    • Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
    • Scheduling appointments or site visits for the sales team.
    • Updating customer databases with accurate information.
    • Negotiating pricing and closing sales.
    • Following up with existing clients for repeat business.
    • Collaborating with marketing teams for campaign execution.
    • Maintaining knowledge of industry trends and competitor products.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Degree or Diploma in a business-related field. 
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Proven experience as telesales representative or any other sales role
    • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
    • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaint
