DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Degree or diploma in a related field.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and overcome objections effectively.
- Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with Copia is an added advantage.
