Key Responsibilities

• Ability to look for orders to increase company revenues.
• Effectively market company products by organizing trials, training, and promotional offers.
• Ensure 100% target achievement in the assigned region.
• Gather data on the market, and customer details and upload it to the system.
• Create awareness of the company’s range of products in assigned territory.
• Take full charge of product sales in the assigned region.
• Maintain a strong understanding of product inventory and technical specifications
• Development and execution of sales and distribution strategies.

Requirements

• A diploma holder in Sales and Marketing or related field with a minimum KCSE score of at least C+.
• A minimum of one year in field sales
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have a functional Android phone.
• Must be a Kenyan over 21 years of age.
• Can work on the commission-based employment contract and surpass targets.
• Drive sales and achieve set targets.
• Excellent communication skills.
