    Training Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop & execute training programs for optical retail staff, emphasizing sales & service excellence
    • Design engaging materials to support learning objectives
    • Conduct in-person & virtual sessions for skill development
    • Collaborate with department heads to customize programs Evaluate training effectiveness & make enhancements

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 5 years in retail or sales/marketing
    • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Proven success in designing & delivering training programs
    • Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
    • Adapt training strategies for diverse learners
