Training Manager
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Sales and Business Development
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop & execute training programs for optical retail staff, emphasizing sales & service excellence
- Design engaging materials to support learning objectives
- Conduct in-person & virtual sessions for skill development
- Collaborate with department heads to customize programs Evaluate training effectiveness & make enhancements
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years in retail or sales/marketing
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven success in designing & delivering training programs
- Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
- Adapt training strategies for diverse learners
