Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing a fleet of transportation vehicles
• Supervising and Training drivers
• Recruitment of drivers
• Preparing drivers' schedules, records keeping, meeting Government regulations and traffic requirements
• Day today running of the business
• Assign vehicles to drivers
• Ensure goods are delivered to the customers in good order
• Develop and implement plans to improve the department
• Ensuring good maintenance of vehicles

Key Requirements and Skills

• Diploma/Degree in transport/Logistics
• 3 Plus years’ experience as a transport/logistics manager
• Good analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Good reporting skills
• Time management skills
• Problem solving and supervisory skills
