Job Description

This role is vibrant and multifaceted, involving:-

• teaching and training in the area of Medical Surgical Nursing
• Curriculum Development and Review
• driving research initiatives forward
• exciting challenge of fundraising and sharing knowledge through publication
• supervising and coordinating departmental activities, all while ensuring we meet quality assurance and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Medical-Surgical Nursing
• Valid practice license required
• Registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya
• A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience and 2 years in clinical practice
• Proven experience in curriculum development, evaluation, and fostering a virtual learning environment
