Waiter at 67 Airport Hotel

Job Summary:

• We are looking for professional and experienced Waiters to join our Food & Beverage team.
• The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years' experience in a 3-star or higher-rated hotel and be passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome, seat, and serve guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide accurate information about menu items, beverages, and daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system.
• Relay orders promptly to the kitchen and bar teams and coordinate service for timely delivery.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.
• Check on guests throughout their meals to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
• Prepare bills, process payments, and issue receipts accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
• Set and reset tables appropriately before and after service.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety standards.
• Support colleagues and contribute to smooth restaurant operations, particularly during busy periods.
• Perform opening and closing duties in line with hotel procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality or related field
• Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain professionalism
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays
