Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and guests.
• Present menu and provide detailed information about our menu, food portions, ingredients.
• Prepare tables by setting up linen, glasses and silverware.
• Inform customers of day's specials.
• Good upselling skills.
• Povide excellent customer service
• Ensure continuous clearance after service
• Good grooming
• Adherance to health and safety standards at all times.

Education and/or Experience

• Diploma in Hospitality management or it's equivalent from a recognised institution.
• Three (3) years minimum experience in a busy restaurant/Hotel.
• Prior experience working in a Members club an added advantage.
• Ability to read, write and execute basic maths skills.
