Requirements:
- O' LEVEL CERTIFICATE OF EDUCATION. CERTIFICATE QUALIFICATION IN CUSTOMER SERVICE OF RELATED HOSPITALITY TRAINING.
Experience:
- AT LEAST 2-3 YEARS HANDS-ON WORKING EXPERIENCE AS A WAITER OR WAITRESS IN A BUSY RESTAURANT.
Salary:
- KSHS. 15,000 - 20,000 PLUS SERVICE CHARGE PLUS OTHER COMPANY BENEFITS
Additional Attributes:
- WAITER/WAITRESS RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:- GREETING AND WELCOMING GUESTS. TAKING ORDERS AND PROVIDING CUSTOMERS WITH INFORMATION ABOUT THE MENU. SERVING FOOD AND BEVERAGES. ENSURING GUESTS SATISFACTION. SETTING AND CLEANING TABLES FOR SERVICES. BILLING GUESTS AND COLLECTING BILLS.
