Warehouse Supervisor (1) at HI Home

We are seeking dedicated and professional Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of products.
Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage and distribution of products. Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize workflow.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits. Supervise warehouse staff, providing leadership, guidance and training as needed. Manage inbound and outbound orders effectively
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet company objectives and customer needs. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Any other duty assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• A Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in the electronics & home appliances industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work as part of a team.
