Website Sales Attendant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via the website and WhatsApp.
- Convert online inquiries into successful sales.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and order support.
- Follow up on leads, pending orders, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with shops, inventory, and dispatch teams
- to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding Denri's brand values.
SKILLS & QUALITIES:
- Prior experience in online sales, WhatsApp sales, or digital customer service.
- Strong written communication skills with a sales-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple chats and customers efficiently.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.
