OUR HISTORY
The Indian Ocean, blue sky, sandy beaches and coconut drinks are the main things that come to mind when the word Mombasa is mentioned.
A few years ago, this beautiful city seized from being a holiday destination and became home. In our efforts to try and replicate our previous home in this new environment we were quickly met with cultural barriers, fewer job opportunities, inconsistent quality of services and a slow response to customer needs.
These challenges felt like the walls around us were closing in, the air quickly escaping, everyday felt tighter compared to yesterday. We needed to innovate, thrive and excel despite our circumstances and alas! CRYSTAL PERK was established.
Crystal Perk is a research and communications consultancy firm that helps global businesses design innovative paths to growth. Located in the heart of Mombasa City, we specialize in research, stakeholder management, project management & results measurement, communications management and print.
