Rewards on relationship basis, too much dating between colleagues making it unethical; Hr dating junior staff, coworkers etc. Familiarity has made it possible for laxity, reward is based on who brought you, so compensation is not commensurate. No one is sound to make sound decisions or to deal with issues as they are all affected in one way or another.
PATH has lost directions if top brass are not overhauled.
