    Assistant Office Administrator III

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Taking oral dictation;
    • Word and data processing;
    • Operating office equipment;
    • Ensuring security of office equipment, documents and records;
    • Attending to visitors/clients;
    • Handling telephone calls and appointments;
    • Maintaining an up to date filling system in the office;
    • Supervision of office cleanliness; and
    • Managing petty cash and undertaking any other office administrative services duties that may be assigned.

    Charge Hand

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Carry out, general repairs and maintenance in line with their areas of specialization (plumbing Electrical, and Mechanical);
    • Responsible for record keeping, allocation of duties, management of workshops and training of junior staff in line with their areas of specialization (Electrical, plumbing and Mechanical).
    • Offer advice on functional behavior of machine system;
    • Monitors and troubleshoot operating equipment; and

    Requirements for Appointment

    Assistant Director – Water Infrastructure Development

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Planning and coordinating preparations and implementation of the County Major Water systems
    • Organizing and coordinating development of concept notes and project proposals
    • Implementation, project monitoring and Evaluation of water works, developing and implementing policies and guidelines to ensure proper water management and use
