About the Role
- We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The role involves carrying out periodic maintenance and vehicle repairs in line with industry quality standards, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Vehicle servicing and maintenance as per job cards and workshop guidelines.
- Accurate diagnosis of mechanical and electrical concerns, with clear feedback to supervisors and service advisors.
- Preparation of repair estimates for review.
- Requisition of required parts and consumables.
- Daily compliance with 5S and Safety procedures.
- Adherence to Environmental, Health and Safety standards, including waste segregation and PPE usage.
- Any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Automotive Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years as an automotive technician.
- Completion of Level 1–3 Technician Trainings.
- Customer centricity & lifetime value management
