    Director, Supply Chain Management Services

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Overseeing implementation of public procurement policies, regulations procedures and guidelines;
    • Monitoring compliance with public procurement and asset disposal act, 2015, and regulations; process tender for procurement of goods and services as per laid down policies and procedures;
    • Coordinating with legal and user departments in drawing and managing procurement contracts;
    • Overseeing development of procurement plans in liaison with users and as per the requirements and facilitate execution; and implementing of e-procurement strategies;

    Disaster Management Officer II

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Participate in emergency planning including fire disaster management; \
    • Ensure that there is sound disaster preparedness program which is alert and ready to offer quickest disaster response;
    • Undertake fire safety training and drills in all county establishments;
