    Branch Manager

Our client, a leading microfinance institution based in Nairobi, Kenya, is seeking a highly motivated Branch Manager to join their team.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee the daily operations of our branch, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of financial services to our clients.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve branch targets for loan disbursements, savings mobilization, and portfolio quality.
    • Manage a team of dedicated staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community leaders, and other stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and market presence.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and best practices in microfinance operations.


    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in microfinance or banking, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving goals.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Sound understanding of financial principles, risk management, and regulatory compliance in the microfinance sector.
    • Familiarity with microfinance software and digital banking solutions is a plus.
    • Must be fluent in English; proficiency in Swahili is highly desirable.

    IT Support Executive

    Job Description

    • Great experience across the board with a strong depth of knowledge in JavaScript (ReactJS, VueJS).
    • Collaborate with our UI/UX designers to ensure that the front-end of our applications is visually appealing and user-friendly.
    • Work with our back-end developers to integrate the front-end of our applications with the back-end systems.
    • Optimize the performance of our web applications by implementing best practices for front-end development.
    • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that is easy to maintain and extend.
    • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers on the team.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development.
    • Understanding of how to build performant, decoupled, testable, maintainable code.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in front-end development.
    • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vuejs, Nuxtjs, or Angular.
    • Experience with back-end technologies such as Java, Node.JS is a plus.
    • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
    • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, Bitbucket.
    • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Next.js
    • Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX. REST API and/or GraphQL.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to work well in a team environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
