We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Test Manager to play a dual role on two of our strategic projects: Payment Solutions (EM-Tech Integration) and Digital Loan Origination. You’ll be responsible for leading the requirements lifecycle and ensuring the quality and integrity of our new platforms. This is a critical position that requires a hands-on approach to both business analysis and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Lead discovery sessions to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements for the payment and loan origination platforms.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop and implement a comprehensive UAT strategy. This includes preparing test plans, creating detailed test scripts, and coordinating UAT with business stakeholders.
• Defect Management: Actively manage the defect resolution process, from logging and tracking issues to collaborating with development teams to ensure timely fixes.
• Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including user stories, process flows, and system specifications.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager, developers, and business units to ensure requirements are well-defined and understood.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Expertise in preparing UAT strategies and developing test scripts.
• Experience in defect management and using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in the financial services or FinTech industry is a strong plus.

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead two high-impact initiatives: Payment Solutions (EM-Tech Integration) and Digital Loan Origination. You will be responsible for orchestrating the successful delivery of these projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring all milestones are met on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead the project planning and execution from initiation to closure. This includes defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external partners. Manage expectations and ensure clear communication.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate and manage project teams, including developers, business analysts, and testers, to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• UAT Oversight: Oversee the User Acceptance Testing process, ensuring business-validated SOPs are followed and all project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Integration Management: Coordinate the seamless integration of our new systems with both internal and external platforms, such as STK push, real-time reconciliation, and T24/IBPS.
• Delivery Management: Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure all delivery milestones are achieved.

Academic:

• A Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Business Administration or any other Business-related degree
• Hold at least one Project Management certification

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the financial or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience in managing system integrations and UAT processes.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.

Job Purpose Statement:

• Data Science is a function within Data Management Office whose role is to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive smarter decision-making, stronger risk management and improved customer experiences. Leveraging on advanced analytics, statistic modelling and machine learning, the function supports in the areas such as Credit scoring, Fraud detection,
• Customer segmentation, Product personalization, risk forecasting and regulatory compliance. Seeking an experienced Data Scientist with proven expertise in credit scoring in financial institutions. The candidate will take ownership of building robust credit scorecards, ensuring delivery of a production-ready, regulatory-compliant solution that drives lending decisions i.e. Risk based pricing.
• Data Science and Innovation

Responsibility:

• Lead and implement the end-to-end development of credit scorecards, from problem definition to deployment
• Conduct data exploration, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering.
• Apply statistical modeling and machine learning techniques (i.e, logistic regression, decision trees, ensemble methods, neural networks) for scorecard development.
• Perform model validation, back-testing, and monitoring to ensure stability, accuracy, and fairness.
• Collaborate with risk, credit, and technology teams to integrate models into production systems.
• Document methodology, assumptions, and outcomes for monitoring/governance.
• Train and mentor internal staff on scorecard use, monitoring, and governance
• Output:
• Fully developed credit scorecard models for retail, SME, or corporate lending (as applicable).
• Detailed model documentation (methodology, validation results, monitoring framework).
• Deployment-ready model integrated into production environment.
• Model performance tracking framework (e.g., KS, Gini, ROC AUC, stability index, population stability).
• Knowledge transfer to internal data science/risk teams

Ideal Job Specifications

Academic:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Economics, or any other related quantitative field. Working experience of the equivalent is also acceptable for this position.
• Masters in Data Science/Math or any Quantitative discipline is an added advantage
• Professional:
• Big Data or Data Science certification from recognized institutions
• Cloud and/or AI certifications from recognized institutions

Desired work experience:

• Must have a minimum of 6 years with proven experience in credit risk modeling and scorecard development in a banking or financial services environment.
• Hands-on experience with scorecards I.e. application, behavioral and collection scorecards
• Strong knowledge of statistical and machine learning methods (logistic regression, decision trees, gradient boosting, neural networks).
• Proficiency in Python, SQL or SAS, R.
• Prior experience in model governance and validation
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines.
