    Business Development Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate and prioritise business development opportunities within the framework of area, regional and organisational growth plans.
    • Create a business development plan, growth strategy and sales targets.
    • Identify, research, and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and funding sources to support the Trust’s initiatives and projects
    • Meet existing and potential clients and build positive relationships.
    • Prepare financial projections, sales reports and present in management meetings.
    • Attend events and conferences to promote the organisation’s products and services.
    • Create and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective partners and funders, effectively communicating the Trust’s mission, impact, and vision.
    • Remain updated on industry trends, market dynamics and emerging opportunities to ensure the Company remains at the forefront of opportunities.
    • Support the wider team in the overall growth of the organisation.
    • Assist in the company’s branding and media communication activities such as advertisements, marketing collaterals, and website.
    • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of business development efforts, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience (5 years) in business development, sales, fundraising or partnership management ideally within the non-profit or social enterprise sector
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
    • Proven sales track record and ability to network and build positive relations with partners and stakeholders.
    • Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
    • Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong IT skills
    • A team player that supports colleagues
    • The ability to sell ideas, products and services.

    Marketing Executive (Automotive)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, website, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and
      competition ventures.
    • Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
    • Responsible for ensuring effective Marketing & Branding campaigns that enhance the image of the Company and its services.
    • Liaise and work closely with Technical Sales Manager in determining all upcoming & ongoing product/ service rollouts.
    • Responsible for ensuring that branding and marketing initiatives operate within budget
      and generate quarterly reports on the same to Management.

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant bachelor’s degree.
    • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a marketing executive for a renown automotive company in Kenya.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Must possess good problem solving, communication, decision-making skills and reporting writing skills.

    Quantity Surveyor

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct accurate cost estimates for container acquisition, refurbishment, and maintenance projects.
    • Analyze project specifications and requirements to determine cost implications.
    • Monitor project costs and expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Carry out quantity surveying tasks, including measurement of quantities, preparation of bills of quantities, and cost analysis.
    • Ensure precise documentation and records of all surveying activities.
    • Assist in the development and management of project budgets.
    • Prepare regular budget reports and financial forecasts.

    Dispatch Assistant

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in managing the daily dispatch operations by scheduling and assigning service requests to appropriate personnel or vehicles.
    • Effectively communicate with field staff, customers, and other team members to relay important information, updates and changes in schedules.
    • Maintain and update daily schedules, ensuring that appointments and tasks are scheduled in a timely manner and optimizing routes for efficiency.
    • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities i.e including service requests, assignments, cancellations, and customer interactions.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to dispatch operations.
    • Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure smooth coordination and execution of tasks.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a relevant diploma.
    • Must have at least 2-3 years of experience working in a similar role.
    • Good organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to multitask & prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Facilitate clear and effective communication between dispatch team members, Dispatch Assistants, Loaders.

    • Reporting and ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all dispatch activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related
    • Must have at least 5 years in a supervisory role in Dispatch
    • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in using dispatch software, GPS systems, and other relevant tools for optimizing scheduling and routing.
    • Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances and resolving customer issues effectively.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours.
