    Pharmacy Technician

    Responsibilities

    • Issuance of general prescriptions.
    • Dispensing, reading and interpreting prescriptions.
    • Providing patients with guidance and counseling and any information required on drug use
    • Compounding topical preparations.
    • Keeping track of the out of stock items and expiries.
    • Keeping records of prescriptions and controlled items as required by the regulatory body
    • Provide advice for non-prescription medications

    Qualification

    • Diploma in Pharmacy
    • Enrollment with PPB a MUST

    Sales Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for, inter alia;
    • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
    • Plan work schedules and timetables
    • Develop strategies to approach potential customers and increase sales whilst building a strong presence
    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    • Performance monitoring of all sales representatives.
    • Providing solutions to customer complaints and ensuring an amicable relationship with the company
    • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation by creating a rapport with clients
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in business administration, life sciences or a related field
    • Five years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales management
    • Proven ability to lead a team to meet their targets
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

    Institutions Sales & Tender Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for, inter alia;
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve institutional sales targets
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with key institutional clients
    • Total management of the tender process, including expression of interest in forthcoming contract opportunities, completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, and high-quality Tender submissions, in a timely manner.
    • Respond to all Tender enquiries
    • Effective navigation across differing tender portals
    • Contract Management; process new contract awards and contract extensions, and respond to any contract inquiries.
    • Effectively manage expiring prices/contracts to ensure that there is no interruption to the order process
    • Proactively analyse recurring root causes to drive efficiency gains
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations

    Qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in business administration, life sciences or a related field
    • Five years’ experience in tenders and institutional sales
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
