    B2B Sales Representative (Manufacturing Detergents)

    Our Client is looking for an aggressive and result oriented Sales Representative to handle various sales functions.

    About the Client:

    A cleaning solutions provider focusing on manufacturing quality products and solutions.

    Job Purpose:

    The Sales Representative will contribute to the revenue growth of the company. He/she will be responsible in identifying marketing opportunities while maintaining client relationships.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Degree in Sales and Marketing or any business-related area from a recognized university.
    • 2-3  Years’ relevant experience in B2B sales on a similar industry
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite of package
    • Knowledge of the industry and market trends related to the company’s products/services is beneficial.
    • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
    • Proficient in using sales-related software and tools, including CRM systems, sales analytics, and presentation software.
    • Possess a valid driver’s license.

    Key Responsibilities and Duties

    • Meet and greet clients, both walk-in or by appointment clients who would like to see the various products and make a purchase, showcasing the available options in terms of products and conduct demos.
    • Contribute to market research, including identify market potential and find potential leads, reach out new potential clients via cold calling, email, LinkedIn communication.
    • Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, making presentations, frequent visits.
    • Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
    • Attend exhibitions/meetings to represent company and its products with solutions.
    • Collaborate with technical support department and product specialists to address customer

    • Develop the scope, prepare and agree on pricing.
    • Ensure proceeds from sales/payments are collected on time.
    • Maintain close contact with customers in order to handle any complaints, attend to any problem areas, and maintain necessary public relations to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
    • Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, operations and technical service teams.
    • Provide management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
    • Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
    • Familiarity with all sales regulations, systems, standards and procedures and to ensure compliance.

    Our client is a leading innovative construction solutions provider in East Africa who has a proven track record of performance driven by solid knowledge and experience in the construction industry and is seeking to recruit Head of Motor Vehicle Workshop will oversee the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient and effective management of the team and fleet. This role requires extensive experience with Chinese vehicle models, a proven track record in managing a sizable team and fleet, and strong managerial skills.

    Key Responsibilities and Duties                                       

    • Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure all repair and maintenance work meets industry standards.
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of a fleet vehicles, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal working condition.
    • Manage, train, and supervise teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
    • Ensure the workshop operates efficiently and effectively, with minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
    • Manage workshop inventory, including parts and tools, ensuring adequate supplies for ongoing operations.
    • Prepare and manage the workshop budget, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
    • Maintain excellent customer relations, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure the workshop complies with all health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
    • Prepare regular reports on workshop performance, including financial performance, team productivity, and fleet condition.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • A degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field is desirable.
    • Additional certifications in automotive training will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a busy workshop environment.
    • Proven experience in managing a team of at least 10 employees.
    • Extensive knowledge of Chinese vehicle models.
    • Experience in managing a fleet of no less than 72 vehicles.
    • Previous managerial experience is required.
