    Credit Manager( Microfinance)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field 
    • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is highly desirable 
    • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in financial management, credit risk management, or a related role, preferably within the microfinance or banking sector 
    • Strong understanding of credit appraisal techniques, loan structuring, and risk management in short-term salary loans 
    • Experience with payroll check-off systems and employer-backed loan recovery is highly desirable 
    • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, including tax laws, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements for microfinance institutions 
    • Proficiency in financial management software, credit scoring models, and loan management systems 
    • High level of integrity and ethical conduct. 
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills 
    • Payments/FinTech experience highly desirable 
    • Advanced excel skills (advance formulas, large data sets, pivot tables, vlookup etc) 
    • Ability to work unsupervised 
    • Drive, motivation, and excellent attention to detail 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
    • Effective leadership and team-building capabilities 
    • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

    Accounts Payable and Receivables (Tours and Travel)

    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or diploma in finance or related field.
    • Experience of handling accounts payables in the travel industry.
    • Familiarity with IATA payment processes or experience in handling IATA transactions is highly desirable.
    • 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Proven experience in effective purchase ledger management.
    • Strong attention to detail with experience in managing supplier expectations.
    • General experience working in a small accounts team is preferred.
    • Ability to work independently while also supporting team colleagues when needed.
    • Adaptable and flexible approach to work, as daily tasks may vary based on workload.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and possess strong communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure, utilizing initiative to prioritize workloads effectively.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward improving internal efficiencies and supplier relations.
    • Willingness to follow instructions while also contributing innovative ideas and solutions.

    Technical Customer Support/ Telesales(Energy Sector)

    Responsiilities

    • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
    • Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
    • Maintaining customer records by updating account information
    • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
    • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
    • Keeping customers informed by providing them with updates on issues, solutions, and wait times
    • Working closely with the product team to understand the product and stay updated on changes
    • Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of customer interactions and problem-solving actions taken
    • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and analyzing feedback to improve services
    • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

    Qualifications

    • Must have experince in a solar, energy or smart meters industry
    • must have diploma/degree in business related course
    • Education background in technical course is an added advantage
