KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly reports, analyzing data for trends and creating presentations for stakeholders
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Help gather data, build spreadsheets and analyze models for departmental budgets
• General Accounting: Handle data entry, process invoices, manage expense reports and perform bank reconciliations
• Data management: Maintain accurate financial records, input transactions and ensure proper filling
• Applicant should be between 30 - 50 years of age

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration
• Short courses in quick books is an added advantage
• Two years working experience in a reputable organisation

• Arrange asd storee goods safely and systematically
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory data base
• Issue materials and supplies to authorized personel accoring to approved requisitions
