    Sales Executive

    Responsibilities:

    • Generate sales by promoting the company’s detergents and laundry powders to retailers, wholesalers, and other potential clients.
    • Identify and target new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
    • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Qualifications;

    • Experience in the FMCG is an added advantage.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles, dynamics, and the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

    Marketing Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Implement marketing strategies to promote sales, analyze market trends, identify potential clients, and manage advertising campaigns.
    • Play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, negotiating contracts, and staying informed about industry regulations.
    • Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive media plans and marketing calendars.
    • Proofread and review content before posting to ensure accuracy and quality.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related Business field from a recognized institution.
    • At least two years of demonstrable Sales experience, preferably in a freight and logistics industry.
    • Communication Skills: Ability to articulate the value proposition of freight services clearly and persuasively, both in written and verbal communication.
    • Market Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, identifying potential opportunities, and assessing competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
    • Logistics Knowledge: Understanding logistics and the freight industry to effectively market and communicate the unique features of the company’s services.
    • Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms to execute online campaigns and reach a wider audience.
    • Relationship Building: Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders within the freight industry.
    • Time Management: Efficiently managing time and priorities to meet deadlines and handle multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously

    Deputy Principal College

    Responsibilities:

    Head of Academics

    • Oversee the development and implementation of the College’s academic curriculum, while ensuring alignment with national educational standards and goals.
    • Provide visionary leadership to academic staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in teaching and learning.
    • Oversee the Supervision of both the Faculty and the Department’s Administration staff
    • Budgetary formulation for the Program and Implementation Department

    • Implement strategies to monitor and improve student academic performance, retention, and satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management/Project Management/Strategic Management or any Social Sciences.
    • 1st Degree (preferably in Education/Business Administration.
    • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a learning institution, in a senior education administration and management position.
    • Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of academic professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
    • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to the long-term vision of the College. 3.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and compellingly.
    • Demonstrated experience in embracing and implementing innovative educational practices.
