    Technician – Maintenance

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Execution of Preventive, autonomous and Planned maintenance on all factory equipment, standby generator, utilities and buildings
    • Execute OSHA audit findings or other initiatives either self-driven or delegated
    • Initiate continuous improvement projects including but not limited to process automation for maximum operational efficiencies
    • Implementing Engineering processes/ services in compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental standards as set by company and Regulatory agencies
    • Maintain equipment logs through Job card with performance records, repairs calibrations etc.
    • Ensuring Machine/ equipment availability, minimum downtime.
    • Train operators on simple diagnostic tools – the power of senses in maintenance e.g. unfamiliar sounds, machine overheating, greasing etc.
    • Adhere to clean and hygienic standards by keeping workstations clean and promoting food safety programs
    • Adhere to the company policies

    PERFOMANCE MANAGEMENT DUTIES

    • Send ROI to your supervisor (Weekly Results, Objectives and Issues) by every Friday.
    • Participate in performance appraisals as per performance management plan and schedule.

    Qualifications

    • HND or Diploma in Mechanical/ Manufacturing /Mechatronics Engineering.
    • Minimum 3 years

    Key Responsibilities

    Revenue Generation:

    • Sales Strategy Development: Formulating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Target Achievement: Consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
    • Performance Monitoring: Regularly analysing sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on growth opportunities.

    Customer Service:

    • Client Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Solution Selling: Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions that add value to their business.
    • After-Sales Support: Ensuring excellent after-sales service to address any issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

    People Management:

    • Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
    • Talent Development: Identifying training needs and providing continuous professional development opportunities to enhance the team’s skills and performance.
    • Performance Evaluation: Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to drive improvement and growth

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Degree in Business related field or equivalent
    • MSK Membership
    • 5 years’ experience in manufacturing sector.
