    Consumer Delegate

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare target customers’ lists as per company guidelines, visit them regularly and frequently as per set company target.
    • Ensure booking of orders within your territory and ensure timely payment and collections on booked orders and maintain updated wholesalers stock tracker.
    • Ensure Shalina consumer product visibility.
    • Manage merchandiser activities in modern trade and general trade.
    • Create awareness of Shalina Healthcare Products effective communication of product messages including trade offers such as discounts, bonuses, and gifts.
    • Participate and attend internal sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions.
    • Ensure excellent product detailing as per company standard and guideline followed by appropriate sampling.
    • Submit timely weekly reports and monthly tour plans also ensure they meet the expected call average and coverage.
    • Provide competitive information such as bid situations, pricing data, or bundling arrangements in order to establish negotiated pricing contracts for assigned products.

    Qualification and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any relevant field
    • Minimum of 2 years in Sales in related business.Vast OTC products knowledge
    • Familiar with the Pharma market trends and product linesKnowledge of MS Office.
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

    Marketing Assistant (FMCG)

    What to expect:

    • Gather consumer feedback through field activations and retail engagements to inform brand strategies and conduct research on competition.
    • Coordinate and facilitate required marketing support items and information between the sales team, marketing agencies, and Marketing Manager

    • Conduct brand immersion training for sales and merchandising teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning.
    • Participate in field visits to identify market gaps that the marketing team could bridge to enhance sales performance.
    • Monitor product placement, visibility, and communication to ensure proper execution of marketing strategies.
    • Monitor sales performance across regions with Brand Ambassadors.
    • Plan and execute marketing events and activations.

    Essential experience, education and skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
    • 2-5 years of experience in marketing or communications roles, preferably in the FMCG Industry.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
    • Strong interpersonal and networking skills for liaising with stakeholders, partners, and media contacts
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
