    Contract and Procurement Specialist

    We are looking to recruit a Contract and Procurement Specialist who will be responsible for managing and optimizing our client’s procurement processes, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers to secure favorable terms, manage supplier relationships, and contribute to the overall strategic goals of the organization through effective cost management and risk analysis. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Draft, review, and issue contract and procurement documents,
    • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations as needed.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and plan activities accordingly.
    • Collaborate with finance, legal, and other departments to ensure seamless procurement operations.
    • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational goals.
    • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and registered suppliers.
    • Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
    • Implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality of services rendered/goods supplied.

    Job Qualifications: 

    • A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, finance, or a related field.
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or a related field.
    • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
    • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Understanding of procurement processes, contract law, and supply chain management.
    • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Figma Production Designer

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Figma Production Designer on behalf of our client, a renowned IT corporation, to join their team on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs. The designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage design systems, streamline workflows, and ensure high-quality file organization across multiple design projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Organize and maintain a centralized repository of Figma design assets and component libraries.
    • Define and enforce best practices for file naming conventions, folder structuring, and version control.
    • Develop and document efficient workflows for file management, handoffs, approvals, and feedback loops.
    • Collaborate with design, engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure consistent design processes.

This individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end design project workflows, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams, and maintaining high standards in project execution and delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and manage multiple design projects, tracking deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.

    • Experience working in design studios or tech-driven organizations with multidisciplinary teams.
    • Strong proficiency in project collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Planner, Loop, and M365 Copilot.
    • Familiarity with Figma and design system workflows, including taxonomy, versioning, and asset management.
    • Demonstrable experience in task coordination, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional team collaboration.
    • Proven ability to implement hybrid project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) to drive productivity and alignment.
    • Exposure to AI-powered tools that enhance project delivery—such as automating task assignments or predicting timelines—is a strong plus.
