    Barista

    Job Purpose

    The Barman shall be responsible for production of all hot beverages, Italian coffees, smoothies, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks in the establishment and for the delivery of a friendly, efficient guest service while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

    Responsibilities

    1. Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages which maintain the highest quality, consistency   and standards
    2. Develops an understanding of coffee and tea and the various differences in flavor and blends.
    3. Regular personal training and updates on the various types of coffee, tea products, blends and roasts.
    4. Safeguarding all the stocks and following the recipes to maintain consistency and avoid wastages.
    5. Requisition products used in production of all beverages from stores
    6. Proficiently prepares fruit salads and blend fresh juices and other fruit products
    7. Wrap, label, or date food items and beverages for storage or take- away purposes
    8. Routinely cleans the work area, floor, table and grinders, and takes out trash, etc.
    9. Comply with health and safety regulation
    10. Work hand in hand with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations within the department

    Qualifications

    1. Certificate in Barista training and coffee skills
    2. Proven work experience as a Barista (Minimum1 year)
    3. Active listening and effective communication skills
    4. Team spirit
    5. Flexibility to work in shifts

    Painter

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive sampling requests from marketing and sales teams.
    • Develop and review painter training curriculum.
    • Train painters on painting procedures.
    • Assign painters to sites and following up.
    • Identify clients who require painters training.
    • Keep records of approved samples
    • Preparing and presenting reports.
    • Perform any other assignments as directed by supervisor.

    Qualifications:

    • Trade test at least grade III
    • 2-3 years’ experience as a painter
    • Experience using spraying gun
    • Good communication skills
    • Presentable
    • Ability to use painting tools
    • Must have basic knowledge of painting and ability to match paints
    • Ability to perform job functions with attention to details, speed and accuracy

    Accounts Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Processing invoices and issuing payments.
    • To complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
    • Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
    • Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries
    • Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions Responsibilities
    • Accurately perform reconciliations of bank transactions, petty cash.
    • Manage statutory deductions and reconcile the tax ledgers.
    • Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable.
    • Match all supplier invoices and delivery notes received with the corresponding LPOs.
    • Ensure the finance, accounting policies and procedures are adhered to.
    • Preparing accounts for annual audits and working with external auditors.
    • Ensure the office is fully stocked with necessities.
    • Other duties related to this role.

    Requirements

    • Have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
    • Have proven accounting experience of (1-2) years.
    • Have completed at least CPA II
    • Have impeccable integrity and diligence.
    • Should have high attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
    • Should be organized, accurate and detail oriented.
    • Should demonstrate a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
    • Outstanding problem-solving skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Strong work ethics.
    • Good time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently
