    Warranty Services Assistant

    About the role:

    • Reporting to the Repair Service Coordinator, the Warranty Services Assistant will support in the execution of warranty functions across different markets.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Inventory Control

    • Preparing forecast of spare parts needed
    • Requesting, counting, and ensuring proper storage of spare parts
    • Conducting weekly stock take and preparing a report.
    • Preparing the restock sheet and supervising the packing and dispatch of spare parts.
    • Updating Waybill details and following up with technicians on parts received.
    • Ensuring transfer orders are created and posted Creating Transfer Orders
    • Reconciliation
    • Conducting weekly stock reconciliation and preparing a monthly inventory report

    Warranty Repairs

    • Overseeing repairs at Burn Factory and field service stations
    • Tracking and communicating abnormal failures
    • Ensuring the relevant templates are correctly updated across all markets.
    • Updating the daily repairs template and payment report
    • Collaborating with the CX agent (s) to ensure service orders are created and posted for all markets.
    • Following up on unreported repairs and correcting technician entries.

    Service Station Supervision

    • Onboarding and initial training of service stations.
    • Conducting continuous training of service stations on products and processes
    • Ensuring Training manuals and documents are up-to date.
    • Equipping service stations with tools needed for repairs and keeping inventory of the same.
    • Updating the SS Complaints sheet and addressing service station related complaints.
    • Evaluating service station performance
    • Preparing Service Station repair invoices
    • Preparing Field reports
    • Ensuring Technicians follow the repair process and adhere to set standards.
    • Communicating challenges experienced by service station personnel.
    • Any other task assigned.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
    • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
    • Experience in Inventory control.
    • Demonstrated computer literacy with experience in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Ability to communicate fluently (both verbal and written)
    • Self-driven and a team player
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

    Junior Technology Engineer

    About Role:

    • BURN is looking for a Junior Technology Engineer to join the Operations Excellence Team to work on New Process Development and Global Expansion Projects and to help set Engineering Standards for the Operations Department.
    • The individual will be tasked with designing and maintaining Factory Layouts across all of Burn’s Global facilities. They will also be tasked with research, and developing new material handling methodologies, technologies, and systems to eliminate wastes, and to improve the safety, quality, cost, and efficiency of the material handling processes throughout the value stream.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Work as part of a team in new process development projects:
      • Initiation, scoping, concept validation, risk assessment and ROI for the new process.
      • Spec’ing of the required machines, equipment, and tools for the new process.
      • Support technical discussions with international and local vendors.
      • Manage the related communications among all internal and external parties.
      • Plan, monitor, control, and report the progress of the project.
      • Documentation and standardization of the new process/technology.
      • Support the ERP and planning team in creating the phase-in plan for the new process.
      • Support the implementation team with standards, and know-how when needed.
    • Leading factory layout projects:
      • Assessment and analysis of the current state layouts.
      • Development of innovative solutions for a better factory layout and material flow.
      • Design and CAD of the future state layouts.
      • Identification, documentation, and standardization of the scope of work of the layout implementation projects.
      • Monitor, control, and report the progress of the layout design projects.
      • Support the implementation team with standards, and know-how when needed.
    • Develop best practices, and innovative solutions to improve material handling throughout the value-adding process.
    • Working with BURN’s QA and Engineering departments on process mapping, documentation, and standardization of the engineering processes and factory standards.
    • Assist in building BURN’s manufacturing standards database and technology roadmap.
    • Assist in knowledge and manufacturing standards transfer to new local and global sites.
    • Collaborate with the internal departments to perfectly understand the materials to be handled and the requirements of the material handling process from RM to FG.
    • Assess, evaluate, and analyze the safety, cost, quality, and efficiency of the current material handling processes.
    • Development and standardization of RM, and WIP Kanban systems.
    • Collaborate with BURN’s QA team to develop material handling SOPs.
    • Assist in material handling technology transfer to new local and global sites.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, process, industrial automation engineering or related.
    • 2-4 years of experience in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Process Engineering or related.
    • Strong proficiency in using AutoCAD & SolidWorks
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office
    • Strong communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Experience working in sheet metal fabrication preferred.
    • Experience working in high-volume manufacturing preferred.

    Invoice Controller

    About the Role:

    • The Invoice Controller is responsible for managing the processing and payment of invoices by company disbursement policies and procedures. The role involves verifying the accuracy of billing data, ensuring compliance with procurement regulations, and maintaining effective communication with vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely and accurate invoice processing.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Receive payment requests and ensure compliance with disbursement policies and procedures. This includes verifying that Payment Request Forms (PRFs) are properly authorized and supported by appropriate documentation.
    • Verify the accuracy of billing data and ensure costs are in line with market rates.
    • Compare invoices against purchase orders and receive documents to confirm the receipt of items ordered or the performance of services.
    • Contact vendors regarding invoice errors, duplication, pricing discrepancies, and other related issues.
    • Monitor the dedicated invoice inbox and distribute invoices to respective employees or departments as necessary.
    • Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments to meet established deadlines.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of disbursement policies and procedures.

    About the role

    • The Risk Manager will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within the manufacturing business that involves trading in Pay as you go (PayGo) products.
    • This role reports directly to the Finance Director and involves collaborating with various departments to develop and implement risk management strategies specific to the manufacturing and trading operations.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with the sales, credit, operation & manufacturing process along with the risk of PayGo products that may affect the organization's financial stability.
    • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures in collaboration with relevant departments.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, supply chain risks, regulatory changes, and other external factors that may impact the organization's risk profile in the context of PayGo products.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to assess risks associated with production, inventory management, distribution, and sales of PayGo products.
    • Develop risk mitigation strategies specific to manufacturing and trading operations and recommend appropriate risk transfer mechanisms such as insurance coverage.
    • Conduct regular risk assessments related to the manufacturing process and trading of PayGo products and provide reports to the Finance Director and senior management.
    • Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure adherence to risk management policies and regulatory requirements specific to the manufacturing and trading operations.
    • Provide guidance and training to staff involved in manufacturing and trading operations on risk management best practices and procedures.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, risk management, engineering, or related field. An advanced degree or professional certification such as a Certified Risk Manager (CRM) is a plus.
    • Proven experience in risk management, preferably within the manufacturing industry or related to trading operations.
    • Strong understanding of supply chain management, manufacturing processes, financial analysis, and regulatory requirements related to PayGo products.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills specific to manufacturing and trading operations.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams involved in manufacturing and trading operations.
