    Real Estate Advisor(Commercial/Industrial)

    Responsibilities

    • Contribute to the entire commercial and industrial sales process including lead generation, presentations, site visits, negotiations, closure, and administration, in close coordination with the Head of Sales, and the Country Head.
    • Identify opportunities for the sale of educational, commercial, and industrial land to target markets (industries, companies, hotels, schools, hospitals, religious institutions, and developers (JVs also possible).
    • Generate, convert, and close local and international sales leads. Build and maintain strong long-term strategic commercial relationships with agents.
    • Build and maintain a relationship with current commercial and industrial clients by offering after-sales support.
    • Upload client information and sales activities in CRM.
    • Develop and deliver bespoke pitches for identified opportunities.
    • Work with the marketing team in implementing a marketing strategy to support sales.
    • Represent the company at conferences, seminars, trade shows, and exhibitions to source leads and receive the latest industry information.
    • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Requirements

    • At least 7-10 years of experience in commercial or industrial sales or liaising with companies on real estate or business development matters.
    • Wide and strong network in Kenya and international business circles.
    • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in sales, marketing or business studies from a recognized institution would be an added advantage.
    • Mature, pragmatic and flexible approach, strong commercial judgment.
    • Team player but comfortable working autonomously.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Good negotiation skills.
    • Good attention to detail.
    • Rigorous and organized approach.

    Real Estate Advisor(Diaspora Telesales)

     Responsibilities

    • Research and build a database of commercial, industrial, and bulk residential leads by identifying and engaging key decision-makers. Make outbound calls tailored to clients in international markets such as the USA, Australia, the UK, Canada, and other regions to introduce products, set up meetings, and schedule site tours for the commercial team.
    • Align working hours to correspond with target markets' time zones while maintaining flexibility for remote work arrangements.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of customer contact details, calls, and sales activities within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
    • Develop and customize persuasive sales scripts to effectively communicate the company's offerings.
    • Guide prospects and leads through the sales funnel, directing qualified leads to the commercial sales team for closure.
    • Follow up with customers after initial contact to maintain engagement and address queries from potential customers generated through advertisements.
    • Lead tele sales strategies and optimize CRM database usage to improve lead conversion rates.
    • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve diaspora-specific sales targets.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tele sales or lead generation. Proven track record in database development and management.
    • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone.
    • Demonstrated success in converting cold calls to qualified leads.
    • Experience in real estate or property development sector preferred. History of achieving sales targets and KPIs preferably over the phone.
    • Experience with sales pipeline management, prospecting, and lead generation capabilities.

    Dermatologist

    Responsbilities

    • Conduct thorough skin assessments, provide accurate diagnoses, and execute comprehensive treatment plans for various dermatological conditions, including cosmetic and aesthetic procedures (peels, lasers, micro-needling).
    • Review and approve all products and treatments used in the clinic, offering expert advice on the formulation, safety, and effectiveness of cosmetic products in collaboration with product development teams.
    • Deliver a range of cosmetic and aesthetic procedures such as chemical peels, laser treatments, micro-needling, acne management, and pigmentation treatments.
    • Deliver professional skin consultations, offering expert guidance on treatment protocols, skin-care routines, and product recommendations tailored to client needs.
    • Educate clients comprehensively on their skin conditions, prescribed procedures, and post-treatment care, and address customer concerns while following up on outcomes to ensure satisfaction.
    • Ensure all clinical procedures strictly comply with established medical standards, regulatory requirements, and rigorous hygiene protocols.
    • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client medical and treatment records.
    • Monitor the clinic's overall compliance with dermatology, cosmetic treatment, and safety standards to uphold high quality control.
    • Participate actively in the creation of educational content (articles, expert tips, videos) to support marketing efforts and brand visibility.
    • Provide scientific guidance for marketing claims to maintain brand integrity and represent the brand credibly in professional forums, events, and campaigns.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Medicine (MBChB/MBBS) with specialization in Dermatology.
    • Valid practicing license from the relevant medical board/council.
    • Minimum 2-5 years of clinical dermatology experience, preferably in a cosmetic or aesthetic environment.
    • Training in cosmetic procedures (e.g., laser aesthetics, injectables, dermal treatments) is a strong advantage.

    Machine Operator

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Set up and operate manual and/or CNC machines (lathe, milling, grinding, drilling, etc.) to produce components according to engineering drawings.
    • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
    • Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters for each job.
    • Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure machines are operating safely and efficiently.
    • Inspect finished products using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
    • Adjust machine settings as required to maintain tolerances and address production issues.
    • Maintain accurate production records, including job sheets, measurements, and material usage.
    • Work closely with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and improve machining efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work area.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Certificate, Diploma, or Trade Test in Machining, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience operating manual or CNC machines. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
    • Strong knowledge of machining processes, materials, and cutting tools.
    • Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, etc.).
    • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Experience managing multi-department operations and cross- functional teams.
    • Knowledge of the Kenyan market and regulatory environment is preferred.
