To be responsible for training and equipping beneficiaries with Employability and Entrepreneurship skills through facilitation of job market oriented employability skill training and business management trainings and to be responsible for sourcing of appropriate placements for Employability students.

- Mobilize and sensitize community members for Entrepreneurship training and employability training.
- Sensitize members on importance of entrepreneurship training and benefits of the training for their businesses.
- Train members on IGAs that are market oriented and youth in Employability.
- Train the requisite number of members on the comprehensive entrepreneurship module.
- Conduct business mentorship on members to achieve sustainability of businesses.
- Link members to SHOFCO Sacco for microloans to improve business.
- Track the progress of each mentee through personalized visits and surveys.

To be responsible for managing the GBV case management component and child protection work, including the database registrations and case follow-ups.

Responsibilities
- Perform an assessment to gain background information and obtain psychosocial information to every new case reported.
- Perform administrative tasks such as compiling and maintaining case file.
- Carryout regular monitoring with follow-ups and review progress of cases in a timely manner.
- Support in provision of basic counselling and general case management services.
- Coordinate the care services given to the client – medical examination, reporting to the police or linking to legal authorities to ensure arrest is made to the perpetrator.
- Identify children at risk and refer them to appropriate services and support.
- Conduct sessions and trainings in school - rights of children clubs ( ROC) - life planning skills, SRH, Gender issues etc.
- Refer/link the client with medical, legal and social services to ensure full recovery and justice for the client.
- Take necessary steps to ensure that the client receives adequate care and protection.
- Organize awareness campaigns in the community by conducting door to door sensitizations, schools awareness campaigns and community outreach forums on sexual and Gender violence.
- Build and maintain partnerships and collaboration with other GBV partners and relevant stakeholders.
- Identify cases of concern (girls, boys and women) in the community liaising directly with other service providers present in the area (health and /or legal providers, etc.) and host community most vulnerable women, families and children.
- Assist in the developing of services mapping and functional referral pathways.
- Apply principles appropriately to age and gender needs with specialized counselling support for GBV survivors (young children, adolescents and women) respecting the principles of confidentiality and do no harm.
- Conduct interviews, needs assessment and develops in collaboration with the Program Officer individual case management action plans and indicates cases for legal prosecution, ensures implementation, referrals, follow-up and case closures (if and when appropriate) in a timely manner.
- Ensure regular monitoring with follow-up and reviews progress of cases.
- In charge of SUN Gender desk in specific sites
- Training SUN gender champions on Gender, GBV and SGBV issues.

This role involves delivering hands-on training in computer applications, providing technical support, managing student records, and ensuring a conducive learning environment. Additionally, the role includes sourcing appropriate job or training placements for beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities and Job Dimensions
Student Support and Management:
- Mobilize and train students on basic computer application packages such as MS Office, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Access, Desktop publishing, Internet, and email.
- Assess and examine students on the areas of study.
- Track and keep students’ attendance records.
- Ensure a conducive learning environment for the students.
- Manage students’ intake and evaluation process and submit financial records to the finance manager.
- Ensure all registered students are issued with membership cards.
- Ensure all learning aids are available for the students.
- File and maintain proper student records.
- Organize graduation events for computer training grandaunts.
- Request and issue certificates to the grandaunts.
- Resolution of minor disputes and conflicts amongst the students.
