    Customer Happiness Specialist

    ROLE DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Customer Happiness Specialist will help us with the following:

    • Drive our NPS score and customer service score
    • Responding to customer enquiries through phone and WhatsApp
    • Contacting customers with abandoned carts or failed orders/payments
    • Contacting and reactivating inactive customers
    • Check retention rates
    • Set up customer service processes
    • Come up with creative gifts or giveaways for customers
    • Cross selling for orders

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s level
    • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Swahili
    • Super representative
    • Extremely patient and empathic with customer

    Growth Specialist

    ROLE DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES

    The duties and responsibilities of Growth Specialist who can help further accelerate our growth. We want to make as many customers as happy as possible, which means we need to look at each snippet of our experience. You drive analytical decision-making across the company - running different experiments. You make use of customer, logistics and market data we collect to come up with new strategies. You fine-tune elements onto perfection.

    This role is new and very varied and your tasks will include:

    • Sales analysis: analyze our sales data in detail and identify trends, relevant segmentations and performance vs plans
    • Customer analysis: define and manage customers segmentation in order to maximize the personalization of our communications to target customers
    • Market & competitive analysis: research and analyze market data (including socioeconomic, sales, competitor, and other data) for Sales, Marketing, and Expansion to inform commercial decision making, that will be instrumental in growth
    • Marketing analysis: come up with new proposals for marketing activities with ROI and roadmap
    • Product analysis to include better understanding of business drivers such as seasonality, price elasticity, post launch evaluation of campaigns and performance of loyalty programs for instance
    • Support marketing team at live events and focus groups to learn more about customer needs
    • Building and executing growth strategies (growth acquiring, referral programs) alongside the growth manager and streamlining our marketing operations

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, mathematics or similar
    • Interest in analytics, data visualization
    • Ability to work alongside a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
    • Bold & entrepreunerial: come up with crazy ideas to grow our brand and business
    • Ambitious, and ready to take on various roles from time to time
    • Added bonus: an interest in events!

    Procurement Intern

    ROLE DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Procurement Intern will assist with:

    • Placing orders with our suppliers
    • Making demand forecasts
    • Negotiation of prices and payment terms
    • Pricing analyses
    • Close deals with suppliers for marketing or promotional purposes
