This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Direct Sales Agent. The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring clients, promoting the organization's financial products and solutions, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and addressing customer inquiries effectively. Day-to-day tasks include engaging directly with potential clients, meeting sales targets, educating customers on financial offerings, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities to build rapport with clients.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience.
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and an understanding of Finance-related concepts.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Ability to work in an on-site environment and demonstrate self-motivation and resilience.
• Previous experience in sales or financial services is an advantage.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
