    Driver and Courier

    Tatu City is looking to hire a qualified and experienced driver and Courier responsible for operating company vehicles to support transportation and courier functions. This role ensures the safe, timely, and accurate delivery and collection of items, documents, and personnel while maintaining high standards of vehicle care and professional conduct.

    • Responsible for driving and operating the company’s variety of vehicles such as cars, vans and trucks and carrying out courier functions
    • Deliver and collect items and documentation, ensuring accurate records of requests, recipients, and obtaining proper signatures.
    • Assisting with loading and unloading luggage and materials.
    • Keep assigned vehicle clean, damage free and in sound mechanical condition prior to use.
    • Maintain an excellent driving record maintain professional and appropriate appearance.
    • Operate vehicle safely and responsibly as assigned.
    • Perform assigned tasks independently and follow management directives without supervision.
    • Transport senior management, colleagues and other individuals as directed in a safe and responsible manner.
    • Keeping track of road conditions and recommend optimal routes to avoid delays.
    • Complete all other tasks assigned.

    Requirements

    Skills and Experience

    • Must hold a Kenya NTSA Class BCE License (authorizing operation of cars, vans, trucks, and buses).
    • Defensive Driving Certification: Mandatory, with demonstrated ability to apply safe driving practices in diverse traffic and road conditions.
    • Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of professional driving experience, including handling both light and heavy vehicles.
    • Clean Driving Record: No history of major traffic violations, accidents, or reckless driving.
    • Vehicle Knowledge: Ability to conduct routine mechanical checks and ensure vehicles remain in safe, roadworthy condition.
    • Professional Conduct: Courteous, reliable, and presentable when transporting staff, senior management, and external stakeholders.
    • Route Planning Skills: Strong knowledge of Nairobi and Kiambu road networks, with the ability to recommend optimal routes and avoid traffic congestion.
    • Physical Capability: Able to assist with loading/unloading luggage and materials when required.
    • Independence & Reliability: Capable of working with minimal supervision while meeting schedules and deadlines.
    • Communication Skills: Must be fluent in English, must be computer literate to enable basic reporting, accurate documentation of deliveries/pickups, and effective coordination with management.

    Field Retention Agents

    We are looking for results-driven Field Retention Agents to join our frontline team. In this role, you won't just be saving accounts; you will be restoring relationships. You will proactively engage with dormant or suspended customers, address their concerns, and implement strategic win-back solutions to strengthen long-term loyalty.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Active Re-engagement: Visit inactive or terminated customers in person to resolve past issues and convert them back into active, paying subscribers.
    • Relationship Management: Act as a brand ambassador, conducting follow-ups to reinforce the value of our services and identify underlying "pain points" leading to churn.
    • Strategic Retention: Implement targeted campaigns, including personalized offers and loyalty programs, to encourage immediate reactivation.
    • Issue Resolution: Provide on-the-spot solutions or coordinate with technical and support teams to fix service-related barriers to adoption.
    • Equipment Management: Coordinate the professional collection of company equipment from customers who have definitively exited the service.
    • Reporting: Track all field interactions and provide insights to management on churn drivers and territory-specific trends.

    How Success is Measured

    • Total volume of successfully reactivated customers (Win-back rate).
    • Monthly churn reduction within your assigned territory.
    • Customer satisfaction scores following field interactions.
    • Improvement in Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

    Requirements

    • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Experience: 2+ years of proven success in Field Sales, Customer Service, or Field Operations.
    • Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to turn a "no" into a "yes."
    • Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify patterns in customer behavior and churn data
