    Virtual Sales Team Lead-Healthcare

    The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare sales, a proven track record in leading virtual or geographically dispersed teams, and the ability to leverage digital sales tools, CRM systems, and virtual communication platforms to maximize team performance and business growth.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Lead, supervise, mentor, and motivate a virtual healthcare sales team to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the healthcare sector.
    • Manage the team's sales pipeline and monitor performance through CRM systems and sales dashboards.
    • Conduct virtual coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings to ensure continuous improvement.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, laboratories, healthcare professionals, and other key healthcare stakeholders through virtual and occasional in-person engagements.

    Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
    • A postgraduate qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be an added advantage.
    • Professional certification in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet).

    Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
    • Proven experience selling healthcare products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, laboratory solutions, or healthcare services.
    • Experience leading or managing a remote/virtual sales team is highly desirable.
    • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

    Virtual Radiologist

    Position Summary

    • Our client is seeking a highly competent and experienced Virtual Radiologist to join their medical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing, interpreting, and reporting diagnostic imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, fluoroscopy, and other imaging modalities. The role requires providing accurate, timely, and clinically appropriate diagnostic reports remotely while collaborating with referring clinicians to support quality patient care.
    • The ideal candidate should possess excellent diagnostic skills, be proficient in teleradiology platforms and hospital information systems, and demonstrate a commitment to clinical excellence, continuous learning, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide clinically appropriate assessment, interpretation, and reporting of diagnostic imaging studies in accordance with established clinical guidelines and best practices.

    Interpret and report a wide range of imaging modalities, including:

    • Digital X-rays
    • Computed Tomography (CT)
    • Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
    • Ultrasound
    • Mammography
    • Fluoroscopy
    • Other specialized imaging examinations as assigned.
    • Ensure timely reporting of radiographs, mammograms, CT scans, MRI studies, and ultrasound examinations to facilitate efficient patient management and workflow.
    • Perform fluoroscopy and specialized ultrasound examinations where applicable.
    • Interpret and report emergency imaging examinations within the required turnaround time.
    • Provide consultation services to referring clinicians during working hours and scheduled on-call periods.
    • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams in patient diagnosis and treatment planning.
    • Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) discussions and clinical case reviews.
    • Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings, clinical meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
    • Participate in Continuous Medical Education (CME) activities and other capacity-building programs.
    • Work collaboratively with the Head of Department and other team members to develop work schedules and manage reporting workloads effectively.
    • Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and high-quality radiology reports within agreed service-level turnaround times.
    • Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards governing radiology practice.
    • Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
    • Utilize PACS, RIS, EMR, and other hospital information systems effectively.
    • Conduct scientific research and contribute to publications where applicable.
    • Participate in peer review and quality assurance programs to enhance diagnostic accuracy and service delivery.
    • Perform any other duties assigned by management within the scope of the role.

    Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
    • Master of Medicine (MMed) in Radiology and Imaging or an equivalent postgraduate qualification recognized by KMPDC.
    • Registered with the KMPDC.
    • Recognition as a Specialist by the KMPDC.
    • Valid KMPDC Practising Licence.
    • Professional Medical Indemnity Insurance Cover.
    • Proficiency in computer applications and Hospital Information Systems.
    • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) will be an added advantage.

    Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years' post-specialization experience as a practicing Radiologist in a busy hospital or diagnostic imaging centre.
    • Demonstrated experience interpreting CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, and Digital X-ray examinations.
    • Previous experience in teleradiology or virtual reporting will be an added advantage.
    • Experience using Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

    Warehouse Outbound Parts Administrator

    Supervisory Responsibility

    • Oversee and manage daily operations related to parts outbound management and distribution. Oversee the daily activities of parts outbound and Authorized Service Center (ASC) support team. Meet and exceed our client HQ requirements in terms of product support through parts supply.

    Main Purpose of the Job

    • To proactively Process parts orders and dispatch parts to meet Parts Arrival Ratio (PAR) targets and minimize the Division’s LTP ratios to within Acceptable HQ ranges.
    • To ensure timely Management of Faulty parts return process & credit notes processing

    Key Responsibilities

    Major Tasks

    • Forecast parts requirements based on consumption and trends to support Long Term Repair Ratio (LTP)
    • Work with Warehouse team pro-actively in respect of Parts Dispatching to meet Parts Arrival Ratio (PAR) targets
    • Control YTD statistics and necessary comparison tables to last year, etc.
    • Management of Faulty parts return process & credit notes processing
    • Monitor, escalate and report delays to Warehouse management;
    • Provide regular detailed parts reports to management.
    • Make effective and regular use of the SEEA systems.
    • Managed parts stock in Compliance with our client standards as set out in the Parts Stock Holding and Ordering Policies;
    • To report, interpret and consult on information to improve our client spare parts logistics.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Certificate/Diploma in Logistics / Business Management (Essential) or

    • 3 - 5 years’ experience in Logistics environment of which 3 years must include managing people (Essential).
    • Exposure to Service Delivery methodologies.
    • In depth knowledge of repair and service centre operations
