About the Role
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development, customer acquisition, account management and promotion of Tribus-TSG’s manufacturing and branding solutions. The role will focus on identifying market opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, managing the sales pipeline, converting opportunities into profitable orders and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across government, security, NGOs, humanitarian, healthcare, education, manufacturing and corporate sectors.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability and growth targets.
- Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, tenders, exhibitions, and industry events while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Promote Tribus-TSG’s manufacturing and branding solutions, including uniforms, outdoor apparel, IFAKs, promotional merchandise, printing, embroidery, corporate branding and customized textiles.
- Conduct customer needs assessments, develop consultative solutions, and prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, proposals and commercial offers.
- Negotiate commercial agreements while protecting company margins and profitability and maximize quote-to-order conversion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement, visits, business reviews and proactive follow-up.
- Drive customer retention, account growth, cross-selling and upselling opportunities while addressing customer concerns and monitoring satisfaction.
- Coordinate with production, finance and other internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment, timely delivery and effective service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing and customer requirements to identify new business and product opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, customer information, quotations, sales pipeline data and other sales records and prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Represent Tribus-TSG professionally at exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events and industry forums.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Candidates with a proven track record of consistently achieving B2B sales targets may be considered in lieu of the stated academic qualifications.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ successful B2B sales experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, outdoor equipment, uniforms, branding, printing, promotional merchandise, PPE or textile products is highly desirable.
- Experience in institutional sales, tender management and target-driven environments is an added advantage.
- Professional sales training or certification is an added advantage.

The Regulatory Affairs Officer will be responsible for ensuring all enterprises within TRIFIC Special Economic Zone (SEZ) maintain full compliance with SEZA regulations and related statutory requirements. The officer will also play a central role in onboarding, guiding and supporting SEZ enterprises through the licensing and regulatory processes to enhance ease of doing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance & Monitoring
- Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance of SEZ enterprises with the Special Economic Zones Act, SEZA regulations and relevant national and EAC frameworks.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and provide advisory to tenants on legal and policy changes affecting SEZ operations.
- Track key changes in tax, customs and trade policy and interpret their impact on TRIFIC licensees.
Licensing & Enterprise Support
- Guide prospective and existing enterprises through the licensing and registration process with SEZA and relevant government bodies.
- Coordinate documentation and due diligence processes for investor onboarding.
- Prepare compliance and progress reports on licensees for internal TRIFIC leadership and SEZA engagement.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with SEZA, Kenya Revenue Authority, Kenya Bureau of Standards, Immigration and other relevant regulators to resolve issues affecting TRIFIC licensees.
- Represent RIFIC in SEZ-related policy workshops and consultative forums to advocate for regulatory improvements.
Contract and Legal Documentation Support
- Assist in drafting and reviewing lease agreements, service-level agreements and operational MoUs in compliance with SEZA law.
- Coordinate with legal counsel to ensure all enterprise documentation is sound and enforceable.
Policy and Advocacy
- Contribute to the development of internal compliance protocols and investor handbooks.
- Participate in the review of SEZ legislation and provide feedback to regulators and policymakers based on investor needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university; Postgraduate Diploma in Law (KSL) required.
- Advocate of the High Court of Kenya (in good standing with the LSK).
- Minimum 1 year of experience working within or closely with Special Economic Zones, SEZA or a related regulatory or investment facilitation agency.
- Demonstrated experience in drafting legal documents, interpreting SEZ laws, and engaging investors or licensees.
- Knowledge of EAC trade and customs regulations is an added advantage.

Security Operations & Manpower Management
- Plan and coordinate security manpower deployment to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with client requirements.
- Prepare duty rosters, manage shifts and coordinate officer replacements and redeployments.
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, lateness, leave and overtime, taking corrective action where necessary.
- Conduct site inspections, roll calls and manpower audits to ensure officer alertness, discipline, grooming and performance.

Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should possess:
- KCSE certificate with a minimum grade of C- (Minus) or equivalent. A higher qualification will be an added advantage.
- Valid PSRA-approved security training certificate
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in security operations, including at least two (2) year in a supervisory role. Experience managing security teams in commercial, corporate, retail, industrial, residential or similar environments.
- Knowledge of manpower planning, rostering, access control, incident management and emergency response.
