About The Role Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Downloading bank statements and preparing the daily bank listing file.
• Adding, Deleting users, agents, and signatories.
• Uploading payments into bank portal.
• Annual renewal of Total bank guarantee
• Annual renewals of bank facility letters.
• Reviewing/updating treasury related SOPs.
• Petty cash reconciliations and journal postings.
• M-pesa payments and reconciliations.
• Monthly Filing of PAYE, NITA & HOUSE LEVY.
• Monthly Filing of WHT, WHVAT & VAT.
• Annual Filing of motor vehicle Advance tax.
• Performing Intercompany Cross Charges.
• Quarterly signoffs of East Africa bank signatories and mpesa.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Booking Intercompany and 3rd parties AP invoices.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/ accounting.
• Microsoft Office and Excel Proficiency.
• Knowledge on Data Analysis Skills.
• Ability to take quick decisions.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Well organized Finance personnel

• Support in driving the operations excellence agenda to the sites via standardized Operations Excellence Programs & Tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for operational improvement and efficiency enhancement.
• Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement and assist in developing action plans.
• Collaborate with team members to monitor and track the progress of improvement initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Participate in training programs and workshops on operational excellence principles and methodologies.
• Ensure the quality of standard operating process and the certifications required legally, by clients or DHL Quality Management System.
• Take responsibility of running a safe operation and driving a Safety-First Culture with all individuals in the operations by applying and improving safety standards.
• Assist in the implementation of the OMS model as well as sustainability of the system.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, data analytics using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
• Actively be involved in the holistic development of the entire organization in continuous improvement, digitalization, and engineering.
• Representing DSC in a professional manner to customers.
• Adhere to all DSC Health and safety rules and regulations and those of our clients.

About You

• Relevant University degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Educated to High School.
• 1+ year’s operations and logistics experience.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, Innovative & creativity.
• Microsoft office proficiency.

• We are looking for someone with entry-level experience in IT business solutions. The GMT role is to support the IT team in ensuring that users receive appropriate IT assistance in a timely manner. As a GMT, you shall work with the service desk team as a central communication unit that provide a single point of contact between the business and IT.

About The Role Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Respond to users calls and tickets regarding IT issues, action / forward to ISM or Applications team.
• Assist in the deployment of service management tools and methodologies.
• Work closely across functions and with the international IT community to handle and resolve incidents promptly and effectively.
• IT asset management responsibilities.
• Follow-up with ISM/Apps team on solutions to feedback to users request or incident raised.
• Communicate to the business on any IT service issues, incidents or request.
• Notify users on any IT service degradation or downtime.
• Manage IT Asset register for Kenya.
• Manage IT procurement for Kenya.
• Manage relationship between business and IT Suppliers.
• Assist the business in user support and any other IT related request or incident.
• Timely monthly incident management reporting to the IT lead.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in IT.
• Software Product Management.
• High level Data Analysis Skills and Basic Database knowledge.
• Good in SQL.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
