    GTM Assistant

    Reporting to the GTM Manager, this position is responsible to assist in delivering action plans to achieve specified targets for the team. He/She assists in working with Channel partners on strategic selling to meet and exceed sales targets and uncover existing and future project opportunities.

    This requires regular visits to the markets across Kenya for updated market intelligence to support the establishment of new channels and maintain regular business operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Support on developing account profile– key contacts/revenue/LG revenue /competitors
    • Deliver given action plan by account to achieve target revenues
    • Weekly account schedule to review inventory and ad plans
    • Assist in expanding LG line in all categories
    • Provide timely competitive information to product manager
    • Will contribute to the development of key account sales goals and KPI measures

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree preferably in business management
    • Up to 2 years work experience

    Required Skills

    • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Proficient in English language
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    GTM Manager

    A GTM manager will be responsible for delivering action plans to achieve specified targets. He/She works with Channel partners on strategic selling to meet and exceed sales targets, and uncover existing and future project opportunities.

    The role will be reporting to the Sr. marketing manager and requires regular visits to the market for updated market intelligence, and also involves frequent overseas visits to the coverage region of LG Electronics, Kenya (e.g. Tanzania, Uganda, Sudan & Ethiopia), to establish new channels and ensuring management of regular business operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Listing of core and premium SKUs by category
    • Develop account profile– key contacts / revenue /LG revenue /competitors
    • Create revenue plan by account with the buyer – Forecasting
    • Deliver action plan by account to achieve target revenues
    • Weekly account schedule to review inventory and ad plans
    • Expand LG line in all categories
    • Provide timely competitive information to head office
    • Ensure that proper brand message is delivered in all materials i.e. Flyer, ROP, Web, Radio, In-Store
    • Will contribute to the development of key account sales goals and KPI measures

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree preferably in business management
    • Minimum 5 years experience in a related role

    Required Skills

    • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Proficient in English language
    • Strong people management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
