    Head of Religious Sector

    Role Description

    Our client in the banking sector is seeking a Head of Religious Sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strong relationships with churches and religious institutions. Key responsibilities include acquiring new customers, retaining existing ones, and driving income growth through the sales of the bank’s products tailored for the religious sector.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure all new business activities comply with AML/KYC and CTF laws and regulations, and regularly update customer information.
    • Drive growth in the existing deposit portfolio by meeting organizational targets, focusing on current accounts, collection business, and wholesale deposits with targeted institutions.
    • Onboard new clients, identify and address their needs, and ensure the service provided aligns with their expectations.
    • Meet income generation targets through current clients and recruit customers into digital financial services.
    • Stay informed of trends and changes within the Churches and Religious Institutions sector both locally and internationally.
    • Focus on deposit mobilization from Churches and Religious Institutions.
    • Provide advisory services and excellent customer support to resolve inquiries, fostering customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and maintain customer sales coverage plans, managing each relationship according to the Bank’s customer service standards, with regular reviews of customer portfolios to assess future needs and income potential.
    • Efficiently develop and present new business proposals to ensure potential opportunities are realized.
    • Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients to expand Business Banking solutions.
    • Proactively initiate and maintain customer-Bank communication at all levels to ensure exceptional service.
    • Adhere to all of the Bank’s policies, procedures, and Central Bank requirements.
    • Exemplify the Bank’s brand and corporate values in both internal and external interactions.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business related field/Theology
    • Strong presentation skill set.
    • Good analytical skills.
    • Highly effective communication and collaboration skills.
    • High level of cooperation with others and is responsive to the banks and team’s needs.
    • AMC/CFT training/knowledge.
    • Have Served as a Bishop/Pastor/Priest/Catechist/Reverend within the last 5 years

    Marketing Executive

    As a Marketing Executive, your responsibilities will likely include strategic and tactical execution of creative and engaging marketing campaigns, executing marketing strategies, planning marketing events, customer visits, market activations, customer service, growing an online presence and content writing for websites and campaigns. You will be expected to deliver any activity on time, in-line with agreed budgets and ensure they deliver a return on investment (ROI).

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives.

    • Work with creative staff and other department heads to produce marketing collateral in accordance with brand messages-social media/website.

    • Develop, manage and produce materials to create a cohesive image and message for print and all offline communication 
    • Ensure that all materials are developed and distributed according to an appropriate timeline. 
    • Manage  E-commerce, customer service line and B2C project respectively
    • Performing administrative tasks such as updating databases and spreadsheets
    • Conducting market research and developing effective marketing strategies
    • Creating engaging and SEO friendly content for the company’s website, social media pages and for press releases
    • Coordinating with the Director to schedule all marketing activities
    • Communicating with clients on the company allocated marketing line and advise them accordingly.
    • Ensuring proper portrayal of brand’s image and tone
    • Conducting research on latest social media market trends and keywords
    • Tracking the subscriber count and the online sales performance
    • Maintaining the company’s all social media accounts (Facebook, twitter, Instagram, Linked In, Tik tok, You tube)
    • Creating internal and external advertising videos for the different brands, we work with.
    • Attending marketing events and training sessions
    • Analyzing and tracking online marketing metrics
    • Work on the B2C project by taking photos, cropping and updating them on the website together with the project manager
    • Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

    Other Requirements

    • At least 4 years’ experience in Marketing
    • Relevant Degree and/or Diploma in Marketing
    • Experience in Website management
    • Experience in managing social media pages
    • Experience in making videos, handling media related response

    Project Management Officer (Greenhouse Irrigation)

    Job Responsibilities

    • Helping in the preparation of project costs for turnkey projects or for quotation purposes
    • Conducting an internal kick off once a new project has gone through
    • Ensuring that both overseas and local orders for the project items have been placed by the procurement team for those items that are not in stock
    • For turnkey projects, agreeing with the subcontractor when they will need to mobilize to site
    • Communicating with the client on their readiness before the project kicks off
    • Track project deliverables and presenting reports defining project progress, problems, solutions and ensuring that project cost remains within budget.
    • Flag and report any irregularities, delays and/or potential issues to customer and management
    • Managing and communicating to the client any scope change orders that are made on the project
    • Communicating with clients and any other stakeholder in the various stages of the project implementation
    • Ensuring that all the items in BOQ has been supplied to the project
    • Checking the WIP to confirm that costs associated with a project are true
    • Confirming the payments that are to be made to the sub-contractors
    • Planning and scheduling team meetings to discuss project progress and issues and the way forward
    • Creating a quote and adding a BOQ to it
    • Opening up a project job number through which the project materials will be issued out
    • Setting up a billing schedule that credit control will use to raise invoices
    • Closing projects through revenue recognition in Epicor
    • Coming up with the weekly project report to show status of the ongoing projects
    • Preparing the monthly reports for projects that are going to be closed
    • Preparing work plans and progress reports for clients
    • Assigning the technicians to the project/farm they will be deployed
    • Planning and scheduling technician work plans while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
    • Ensuring adherence to the work plan and keeping it up to date in accordance with project activities.
    • Arranging for their field and travel allowances
    • Handling the technicians’ leave days
    • Ensuring that they have all the documents needed before they report to a new project
    • Communicating with technicians during the various stages of the project implementation
    • Arranging for the PPEs of the technicians
    • Ensuring that once the project has been completed, the technician will carry out a handover and have the commissioning form signed by the client
    • Prepare a credit note for the client if there are any returns from the project
    • Ensuring that the project has been fully invoiced
    • Confirm that all the payments to the subcon have been made as per the agreed terms
    • Maintaining complete and accurate documentation of projects
    • Assist with technical input regarding commissioning and training documentation
    • Conduct on-site commissioning of technical products and group training to end-users
    • Schedule training, send training calendar request to department manager, follow up with farm and ensure that everything is ready.
    • Issue training certificates to training candidates after tests are marked
    • Update and maintain training register
    • Make sure that contractors sign Company's code of conduct contract for every project.
    • Ensure that all SOP’s are up to date and shared with Technicians regularly.
    • Keep signed register of technicians receiving SOP’s
    • In consultation with the HOD and farms drafting of technical service contracts.
    • Ensuring availability of material resources/ service recommended items are on site before commencement of projects/ service.
    • Invoicing services performed during the month.
    • Ensuring proper usage of departmental vehicles and their maintenances.

    Other Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Bachelor’s degree in any course plus certification in Project management
    • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Project Management. Experience in Greenhouse Irrigation projects is highly desirable.
    • Experience in the use of MS Projects software
    • Experience in managing 10-15 field technicians
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent organization skills
    • Excellent reporting skills
    • Valid driver’s license
