    Hotel Operations Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and high service standards.
    • Manage and mentor hotel staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
    • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales and maximize occupancy.
    • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
    • At least five years proven experience in hotel management in a three or four star hotel.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Sales Executive - Alcohol Distribution

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the alcohol industry.
    • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
    • Negotiate and close sales agreements while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with industry regulations.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns and events.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
    • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

    Qualifications:

    • 3 years experience as a Sales Executive or similar role within the alcohol distribution industry.
    • Strong understanding of alcohol distribution channels and industry regulations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
