    ICT Officer

    SALARY 70K

    JOB SUMMARY

    Our client a group of companies is seeking to employ an ICT officer within their busy ICT department, to provide ICT technical support in the company.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Administration and Support of Data Center Servers.
    • In-charge of ICT service desk system. Handles, redirect or escalate support requests to the appropriate member of the IT Support Centre.
    • Pro-actively provide information to users on the progress of outstanding support calls.
    • Contribute to ensuring that the Help Desk systems and software are kept up to date and messages are passed on and feedback received promptly.
    • Deploying and supporting Core Business Systems – ERP (e.g. Tally, SAP & Navision, Payroll, HRMS, POS systems)
    • Ensure all routine tasks are done as defined.
    • Ensure and managed data center uptime
    • Ensures data integrity by testing periodic backups on core business systems.
    • Implementing and maintaining all ICT policies.
    • Implementing and managing Disaster Recovery strategy in line with Business continuity.
    • Business Software Systems Integrity & Compliance (e.g. managing updates/upgrades)

    KEY REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES

    • Degree in Computer Science
    • MCSE, CCNA and /or other professional IT courses such as VMware.
    • Fair knowledge of Accounting will be added advantage.
    • Worked with Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper V), and MS windows server environments.
    • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience.
    • Basic repairs and maintenance skills.
    • Trouble shooting and fault diagnosis skills.
    • Systems administration skills.
    • Systems Analysis skills.
    • Excellent communication and inter personal skills
    • User training & support skills.

    Chemicals Sales Manager

    SALARY 100K-150K Or Higher

    JOB SUMMARY

    Our client, a company dealing in Importation and distribution of chemical raw materials; and are one of the major stockist and supplier of Chemicals required for industries such as Water Treatment, Power Stations, Sewage Treatment and Desalination Plant besides Petrochemicals, Adhesive, Detergent, Galvanizing and Food Industries. They are looking to fill the role of a Sales Manager with similar experience in a busy chemical distribution company. The jobholder will drive business in the company to realize profits.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Focus on personal sales targets and new business development.
    • Proper customer base in Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia and Tanzania is required
    • Follow the basic rules laid down in the management systems.
    • Coordinate customer contacts with respective importance to develop his leads to improve the sales.
    • Servicing existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
    • Qualify and approach new customers allocated to you for development and ensure new wins every month.
    • Manage relationships with allocated existing or new customers and ensure business continuity to avoid down trading.
    • Ensure maximum achievement of all sales interactions as agreed with the field sales manager .i.e. maximum field sales calls
    • Support in conducting Sales campaigns with targeted customers identified by campaign for each trade lane development.
    • Enhance teamwork with other sales members by reporting new market trends, competitor’s behavioral patterns, undercutting practices and observe any new market entrants.
    • Daily use of Client relationship management tool to book meetings, companies targeted and ensure monthly targeted opportunities are met.
    • Market forecasting and analyzation of net profit targets each month on new sales accounts in line with annual targets.
    • Spotting new business opportunities from projects, multinationals, manufacturers and retail segments of the market.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing or related fields
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales & Marketing those with a strong chemical sales background will be given priority
    • Pleasant personality, strong presentation skills, excellent managerial skills (planning & budgeting, organizing, controlling, etc.)
    • Decision making & problem solving skills
    • Experience in Chemical Trading & Sales is a must.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization

    JOB SUMMARY

    Our client a manufacturer and distributor of cleaning and sanitation products for both Industrial and Domestic use is looking to fill the role of a Call Centre Supervisor, who will be in charge of customers support, after sales services, telesales and overseeing smooth running of the call Centre and customer service.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage the day to day running of the Call Center
    • Telesales and close sales on phone
    • Customer support
    • Ensure calls are responded to at the appropriate time
    • Resolve and escalate customer’s issues on time
    • Meet and exceed set targets
    • To oversee the optimal performance of the Call Center
    • Maintains constant communication with customers and make follow ups
    • Maintains Call Centre database by entering information
    • Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures, reporting malfunctions.

    QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in a relevant field from an accredited University/College required.
    • At least 3-5years’ experience in an busy call center environment at Supervisory

    • Excellent written and verbal communication
