    Sales Executive – Cleaning Services

    PRODUCT:     CLEANING SERVICES
    PACKAGE:     Retainer Ksh20, 000/- Plus Commission

    MANDATORY EXPERIENCE

    • Experience in the cleaning industry is mandatory

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Scout for new business through cold calling and conducting field work.
    • Provide the customer with the details of the services such as pricing, delivery times etc.
    • Handling customer enquiries and complaints and escalating them to parties responsible when the need arises.
    • Keep management informed by submitting activity and appropriate reports.
    • Maintain professional relationship with each customer
    • Attend sales meetings, take orders, test products and negotiate prices
    • Be keen on set targets and work towards achieving the same.
    • Debt collection.
    • Keeping customer records of enquiries and sales
    • Service existing accounts.
    • Gather current market place information on product and pricing and report to management.

    Interior Sales Designer

    PACKAGE:     Ksh 25,000/- + Communication and travel allowances + commission

    Our client is a leading company in supplies of quality curtain fabrics, upholstery and other related products to home users and hospitality industry.  They take pride in their provision of quality products as well as their services by adopting a customer-oriented approach to offer purchasing advice and right designs for the best results. They are looking to hire an interior sales designer.

    Key Responsibilities

    • The successful candidates will assist in formulating designs of interior spaces which are practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes at the very beginning of the home/office space owners' paint choice journey.
    • Ensure sales targets are consistently achieved and quotations are followed up regularly.
    • Contribute to shop sales goals by selling curtaining fabrics, accessories and services offered by House of Linen.
    • Team with Managing Director, shop handler and Associate Interior Designers to promote the In-Home Design program and drive overall store sales.
    • Assist the Managing Director to achieve established In-Home program sales goals.
    • Develop and utilize sales skills and principals including approach, rapport building, needs discovery, customized portfolio presentations, answering objections, closing, follow-up, after sale service and continuing contact with all previous and potential customers
    • Assist Managing Director with planning, implementing, managing and monitoring social media activities.  
    • Progressive understanding of the Word-press content management system
    • Ability to manage a content management system
    • Posts publishing
    • Online chat widget response
    • Content management in WordPress
    • Experience in Google Search Console & Google Analytics
    • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
    • Intermediate understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and ability to conduct training
    • Basic graphics design skills (image editing, resizing, file conversion
    • Provide regular a feedback to the Managing Director on daily shop sales performance in writing.
    • Provide a weekly report to the Managing Director by highlighting upcoming activities and report the same at the end of the week in a report form.

    Abilities, Skills & Qualifications

    • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, marketing or related discipline (soft furnishings).
    • At least 1 (years) of experience in digital marketing and advertising
    • Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool
    • Understands website metrics and best practices
    • Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing
    • Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results
    • Good at problem-solving and communication
    • Strong writing skills
