    Client Solutions Architect

    Reporting to the Head of Cross GTM Architecture, the primary role of the Solution Architect will be to utilize their strong consulting aptitude and technical skills to understand the client’s challenges, business strategy, processes & services, and the context in which the business operates. By using their understanding of the industry and the current state of technology and future industry trends; they will be the client’s trusted advisor and work with relevant stakeholders to prepare a roadmap against which IT can align in the Solutions sales segment.

    Responsibilities

    • The Solution architects will be the link between GTM and sales teams by working closely to proactively engage in the presales process with clients with a focus on understanding their business challenges, strategies, key drivers and desired outcomes. This may include but not limited to conducting meetings with key stakeholders, delivering presentations and developing roadmaps.
    • Synthesize current and future technology trends with client strategic imperatives to create compelling value-driven solutions for clients.
    • Develop As-Is, Vision and To Be product/service architectures, identify gaps and develop transition roadmaps.
    • Develop business case and end-to-end roadmap to optimise IT Operations and Measured Business Value across Dimension Data solution areas.
    • Assist with the development of both strategic and solution architecture
    • Use understanding of the client’s business, industry practices and knowledge on the full solution portfolio to personalise the solution in line with the client’s KPI and measured need.
    • Lead the medium to complex solution design with clients in collaboration with the GTM teams to enable business outcome and requirements mapping.
    • Conducts strategic engagements to develop an enterprise–wide architecture for medium to complex assignments. They will recommend assessments to gain insights into the client’s current and future states and help them build a business case.

    Qualifications, experience and skills required

    • Bachelor’s (graduate) degree in Information technology or related IT fields
    • Previous experience in a technical role
    • Minimum 3 years’ working experience as a technical or solution architect, presale consultant or in business consulting
    • Certification and or working knowledge of Enterprise architecture methodologies such as COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF etc. will be an added advantage
    • Must possess knowledge or working experience of emerging technologies such as Cloud, SDN, Automation
    • Must have analytical skills enabling quick and meaningful understanding of customer needs and goals.
    • Good communications and presentation skills, with the ability to operate comfortably at and beyond client senior executive levels.
    • Strong negotiating skills and ability to persuade and maintain multilevel relationships within prospects and clients.
    • Good documentation skills – ability to write formal proposals which may include a demonstrable understanding of the business and an ability to articulate the ROI or TCO to the client.
    • Commitment to the concepts of technology enabled value-added selling.
    • Must be able to demonstrate business awareness or business acumen.
    • Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting, and discussing solutions with Technology Leads and other decision-makers

    Client Success Manager

    As a Client Success Manager, you will build and maintain the client relationship to drive value for the client and increased lifetime value for Dimension Data This role is responsible for multiple small-to-medium scale or simple (single-service) contracts. As the primary post-sale point of contact for clients they drive client-facing activity through Dimension Data’s Client Success Management Charters of Land, Adoption, Expansion and Renewal.

    Acting as the clients’ trusted advisor they help the client realize value from their relationship with Dimension Data and ensure the client’s relationship experience is a positive one. They are required to work in partnership with Dimension Data’s sales and service delivery management teams to deliver in-contract growth and a successful on-time renewal.

    Requirements

    Client Nurture / Relationship

    • Develop and maintain the relationship with client representatives to Management level, being recognised as the client’s ‘trusted advisor’ at NTT
    • Ensure the client is able to interact successfully with NTT and to optimise the engagement (measurable through improving CSAT)
    • Act as an escalation point for client issues which are not being resolved though standard process, facilitating a satisfactory client outcome with relevant resolver groups within NTT
    • Participate in regular business reviews with the client

    Land Charter

    • Work closely with the sales teams to identify and position services solutions and close on the opportunities to achieve revenue targets
    • Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to design the best services to fit the client requirement.
    • Adoption Charter
    • Ensure the client is aware of, and is successfully adopting Offer features and increasing their usage of services
    • Proactively help the client to realise demonstrable value from DD services and meet their original business objectives

    Expansion Charter

    • Drive up-sell of existing services and close the deals to achieve revenue targets
    • Identify cross-sell opportunities (to extend DD’s footprint with the client) and facilitate engagement with Sales/GTM functions to engage the client on these opportunities

    Renewal Charter

    • Demonstrate the value delivered by DD throughout the lifetime of the contract and drive a successful and on-time renewal
    • Minimise churn (client, revenue, service) at renewal and seek opportunities to drive up-sell / cross-sell as part of the renewal process

    Client Success Practice

    • Be an active member of the Regional and Global CS Management practice (Including adopting standard methodologies, platforms/tools, KPIs, best practice activity, sharing experiences with the community)
    • Responsible for Data Quality Management within own client portfolio
    • Build and maintain Client Success Management skills and operating knowledge
    • Build and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of DD’s Offers

    Qualifications and experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
    • Certification and working knowledge of ITIL practices
    • Knowledge and execution of the LAER Client success framework
    • Additional relevant vendor certifications would be advantageous
    • Demonstrable experience in a client-facing role in one or more of Sales, Service or Consultancy disciplines in a large scale (preferably multi-national) IT services environment.
    • Demonstrable subject matter and services product expertise within sales and operations

    Credit Control Officer

    As a Credit Control Officer, you'll be responsible for managing the debtor's accounts assigned. This is a fixed term contract role.

    Requirements

    • To manage assigned debtors’ portfolio including but not limited to collections of monies, tax certificates, reconciliations and timely dispute resolution by issuance of credit notes.
    • Ensure compliance to the company’s credit control policy for each client assigned, maintain prepaid terms and follow up for overdue accounts, including but not limited to disconnections, reconnections, highlighting high risk debtors and escalations to respective supervisor.
    • Build and maintain working relationships by liaising with customers, as well as internal personnel including the commercial teams to ensure client matters are given priority.
    • Communicate and respond to external clients’ either orally or written in a professional and customer focused manner on the status of their accounts by sending invoices, customer statements and any other communications as outlined in the credit control policy.
    • Communicating clients’ feedback to internal users regarding billing, service issues, contract matters or any other queries and follow up for prompt resolution.
    • Negotiate workable payment plans with clients’ subject to approval by Team Leader/Manager.
    • Prepare and maintain reports for assigned debtors regarding individual collections, specific debtors listing with updated reconciliation and an accurate comment on the nature of outstanding; and any other adhoc report as requested.
    • Monthly review of billing reports in a timely manner to confirm accuracy and completeness and to facilitate decision making.
    • Follow up to ensure potential churns are timely reported, terminated accounts are cancelled by Commercial teams, billing and technical teams and those terminated with arrears, the files are transitioned to external debt collectors/ legal for closure.
    • Review and propose for write-off for irrecoverable debts to CFO.

    Qualifications, skills and experience

    • Bachelor’s degree with preference to a business-oriented course.
    • CPA Part I- or above qualifications.
    • Diploma in Credit Management is an added advantage.
    • Excellent communication (oral & written) skills and reporting skills.

    Network Implementation Engineer

    Reporting to the technical team lead, the network engineer will be focused on designing, building/implementing and supporting, enterprise network infrastructure (Network, wireless, data center, Cloud) solutions to address business and technical requirements, leveraging industry and standard principles and patterns. The job holder will also be an escalation point for complex technical support incidents from a team of support engineers and customers.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Relevant industry standard certifications, e.g., ITIL
    • Cisco Professional level networking Certification i.e CCNP, CCIE
    • Expert level network security certification i.e, NSE4, NSE7 (SD-WAN)
    • DevOps certification and experience scripting and network automation will be an added advantage.

    Key Skills

    • Design, implementing, administering, and strong troubleshooting experience on the following:
    • Experience in designing, implementing and supporting SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptella, Meraki, Fortinet)

    PC LAN Engineer

    As a PC LAN Engineer, you'll be responsible for support to Desktop Operations within the client’s environment. This the first point of contact for all the users within the Client organization. This is a fixed term contract role based at the client site.

    Requirements

    • Configuring computer operating systems and applications
    • Assisting clients through a series of actions, either through walk in, remote access, telephone or physical visit
    • Troubleshooting Level 1 faults and solving hardware/software faults and replacing parts as required

    Qualifications

    • Microsoft Certified Professional certification desirable
    • CCNA practical knowledge of its application

    • Ability to under pressure, prioritize and meet deadline in a highly paced environment with minimal supervision
    • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills

    The SAP Developer will be responsible for working with the SAP functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, develop various objects, document, and test the solutions, support implementations, and perform production support.
