    Asian Chef De Cuisine

    Job Details

    • Responsible for the quality in the kitchen under supervision, to ensure that the food standards are maintained and improved.
    • Check constantly for its taste, temperature and visual appearance.
    • Supervise all kitchen staff. Planning of food stock in accordance with the volume of business.
    • Coordinate with the Executive Chef regarding all the purchases for the outlet.
    • Oversee and coordinate the cleaning of all kitchen, preparation areas.

    Pastry Chef

    Job Details

    • Responsible for the quality of all pastry prepared in the kitchen under supervision, to ensure that the set food and pastry standards are maintained and improved.
    • Check constantly for its taste, temperature and visual appearance.
    • Supervise all pastry & bakery staff.
    • Planning of pastry stock in accordance with the volume of business.
    • Coordinate with the Executive Chef regarding all the pastry purchases for the outlet and bakery.
    • Oversee and coordinate the cleaning of all pastry departments, preparation areas.

    Executive Chef

    Job Details

    • Oversee the operation of all kitchens in the hotel to ensure each Food & Beverage outlet and banquet is managed successfully as an independent profit centre.
    • Work with each Chef de Cuisine to set annual operating targets.
    • Monitor cost of all kitchens and provide recommendation.
    • Monitor food standard in each outlet and train & develop Chefs to work independently.
    • Work with F&B directors and Outlet managers to develop special promotions.
    • Regularly inspect all kitchen area and equipment to ensure quality control and hygiene standard.
