​​​​ROLE SUMMARY:

• Age Requirement-25-35years.
• Job Location-Miwani, Kisumu
• Required Number - 2 Positions (Open to all)
• Liaise and communicate between the Chinese managers on day-to-day duties and the local team to enhance work productivity and efficiency and translate directives between the managers and local team.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Act as a communication channel between the Chinese managers and the local staff. 
• Assist the Chinese HOD in weekly and monthly attendance management and monthly performance rating.
• Check the work status of local team leaders every day.
• Control working conditions of all local employees, report to the Chinese manager and deal with the problems of local employees in a timely manner.
• Be familiar with the operation skills of each post in the workshop/department, guide and correct operation of local employees.
• Any other duty assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND OTHER QUALIFICATION:

• Diploma/Bachelors' degree.
• Good in written and spoken Chinese. Preferably HSK Level 
• At least 1 year of experience as a Chinese translator.

• Good communication and decision-making skills.
• Good in written and oral English and Mandarin.
• High level of integrity.

The company is seeking to recruit 1 competent and qualified Performance Specialist with at least 1 year experience with the following descriptions and specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare performance templates, review and prepare monthly performance summary
• Handle employee PIP process; issuing performance coaching forms, issuing notices for the PIP process and Organizing for PIP hearing meetings.
• Following up on the progress for the employees on PIP and those that were issued with verbal warnings for performance improvements.
• Any other duties assigned by the HR Manager and HRBP.

Education and other qualifications

• Degree and major in Human Resource.
• 1 year experience as a H.R officer in another company.
• Good in written English and fluent oral English
• Must be proficient in word, Excel and power point.
• Proficiency in data analysis is an added advantage.
• Good communication skill.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Age Requirement-25-35years.
• Job Location-Kisumu- Miwani
• Operating the shovel by loading of raw materials into the crusher's feeder for crushing.
• Maintaining cleanliness of pathways from the silos and push material at the entrance of silos to the silo heaps, maintain cleanliness of road sections in the plant.
• Performing inspection and maintenance of shovel before operation.
• Adhere and pay attention to safety production guidelines and procedures while operating the shovel such as not carry excess material, honking when passing intersections and reversing and not carrying unauthorized persons.
• Any other duties assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certificate in plant operation with a valid driving license is a must.
• More than 3 years' experience as a shovel operator is a must. Preferably able to drive a dump truck/tipper (Actros, Sinotruck, Man).

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Technical knowledge of maintenance and safety procedures of operating a shovel.
