    Odoo Administrator

    The Odoo Administrator owns the day-to-day health, security, and evolution of our Odoo ERP. You’ll manage configuration and customizations, support users, coordinate integrations, and deliver reliable reporting that leadership can trust.

    Key Responsibilities

    System Administration

    • Manage day-to-day Odoo administration, user provisioning, roles, and access controls.
    • Monitor performance, diagnose issues, apply patches/updates, and schedule/verify backups.
    • Enforce data integrity, security standards, and audit readiness.

    Configuration & Customization

    • Configure modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.) to fit business workflows.
    • Build/maintain approval flows, record rules, and dashboards.
    • Coordinate with external developers for advanced Python/custom module work; manage change control and UAT.

    User Support, Enablement & Documentation

    • Serve as first-line support for Odoo tickets and how-to queries.
    • Train users on new features/modules and promote best practices.
    • Maintain clear SOPs, configuration notes, and troubleshooting guides.

    Integrations & Continuous Improvement

    • Integrate Odoo with third-party systems (e-commerce, POS, payment gateways, logistics, BI, etc.).
    • Partner with business owners to map processes, close gaps, and streamline user journeys.
    • Plan and execute upgrades/migrations with minimal downtime.

    Reporting & Analytics

    • Build and maintain operational/management reports and KPI dashboards.
    • Ensure accurate, timely data for decision-making and statutory/management reporting.

    Key Deliverables

    • Stable, secure, and well-documented Odoo environment.
    • SLA-driven ticket resolution and user satisfaction improvements.
    • Fit-for-purpose configurations and approved enhancements delivered on schedule.
    • Reliable dashboards and reports for Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and HR.
    • Successful upgrades with tested roll-back plans and minimal disruption.

    Qualifications & Skills

    Must-Have

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
    • 1–2+ years’ hands-on Odoo administration experience.
    • Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, Linux servers, and Odoo architecture.
    • Solid grasp of ERP processes (Sales, Inventory, Finance, HR).
    • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and user-training skills.

    Head of GT Sales

    • As the Head of GT Sales, you will lead the establishment, management, and expansion of the General Trade (GT) channel for Kellogg’s Noodles and Bebeto Gummy Bears across key Kenyan markets.
    • This is a hands-on commercial leadership role requiring an entrepreneurial mindset, deep GT experience, and the drive to build a distribution network from the ground up.
    • You will spearhead market entry and growth by developing strong distributor partnerships, opening new retail outlets, driving numeric distribution, and ensuring our brands are visible, available, and loved in every shop.

    Key Responsibilities

    Market Development

    • Identify, open, and grow new GT outlets to expand numeric distribution for both product lines.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and independent retailers.
    • Champion brand visibility through merchandising, point-of-sale activation, and in-store promotions.

    Sales Execution

    • Achieve monthly sales, volume, and distribution targets in assigned territories.
    • Negotiate trade terms, credit policies, and promotional deals with GT partners.
    • Conduct regular market visits to strengthen relationships, drive order generation, and monitor pricing and execution.

    Route-to-Market (RTM) Management

    • Identify, recruit, and manage GT distributors for effective coverage and stock availability.
    • Monitor distributor performance, ROI, and adherence to agreed targets.
    • Track and report on primary and secondary sales, collections, and inventory levels.

    Reporting & Business Insights

    • Provide weekly market intelligence on sales performance, competitor activities, and trade dynamics.
    • Analyze trends, identify growth opportunities, and propose corrective actions where needed.
    • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to ensure accurate forecasting and product availability.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • 5–8 years of progressive FMCG sales experience, with at least 3 years managing GT channels.
    • Proven success in setting up and scaling General Trade networks, ideally in snacks, confectionery, or fast-moving food categories.
    • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and distributor management experience.
    • Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently to build markets.
    • Willingness to travel extensively to develop and sustain GT presence.
