    Sales & Marketing Manager (Wood Production)

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master's is an added advantage)
    • Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales management with a proven track record
    • Strong leadership experience managing diverse teams
    • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools
    • Experience in digital marketing and online sales growth
    • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills
    • Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies, manage pricing for profitability, and align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
    • Team Management & Development: Lead and develop cross-functional teams, set performance targets, and implement training and incentive structures to drive results.
    • Sales Operations & Pipeline Management: Monitor sales performance, manage pipeline health, and optimize the sales process to improve conversion and revenue outcomes.

    Production Manager (Wood Production)

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
    • Proven experience as a Production Manager in manufacturing
    • Strong understanding of wood product manufacturing processes (assembly, finishing, packaging)
    • Experience with Lean methodologies (5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
    • Familiarity with quality control standards and production systems
    • Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

    Key Responsibilities

    • Production Planning & Resource Management: Plan and execute production schedules, optimize use of materials and labor, and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of inputs.
